Jo has been with Unicorn Vets as a Client Care Specialist since 2014. She loves saying hello to all your pets and, of course, handing out plenty of treats. She is our Pet Health Club specialist and the perfect person to chat to if you have any questions about your membership and getting the best value for your pet’s routine treatments. Jo is incredibly empathetic when the time comes to say goodbye to those you love. She is caring and passionate about helping you make the right decisions for you and your pets. In her spare time, Jo has three tuxedo cats, Sweetpea, Socks and Boots, whom she rescued. We can't forget Gorgeous, her African grey, and Coco her Imperial Shih Tzu, who you’ll often see leaning on the reception desk or playing with his friend Gus in the staff room. Jo is a huge family person, who enjoys spending time with her sons and grandchildren.
